Looking forward to running chocolate workshops at Cake International, Stand No A27. We have two bookable workshops online.
On Friday & Saturday we are running two workshops. One is “how to temper chocolate”, using PME melting pots, & transfer sheets to make Xmas buttons with the finished chocolate. Saturday is our workshop for “Belgian Chocolate Making”, which uses a ganache filling & transfer sheets to create the lids. Sunday is a “drop in” workshop for anyone who would like to decorate chocolates x 3 for the Christmas tree.
