Do you love chocolate? Then join our chocolate making class for an afternoon of chocolate indulgence making your own Belgian truffles. You will learn some basic chocolate making techniques including flavouring, piping, enrobing and spinning chocolate. Then finally, after tastings as well, your truffles will be professionally gift wrapped using simple techniques that will add “wow” factor.
We are are now holding classes off site at a new venue
Wyk Rissington Village Hall, Gloucestershire, which is just off the A429 in between Stow on the Wold & Bourton on the Water. It is a quintessentially Cotswold village, notable particularly for its village green, duck pond, & famous church organist Gustav Holst.

What will we do?
You will learn how to make truffle fillings and develop skills in piping, rolling, dipping, coating and decorating. Altogether you will make 31 truffles, with your choice of fillings and coatings. Each truffle will be double coated in Belgian chocolate too.
We will also look at
- the different types of chocolate, along with tastings
- decorating techniques
Use of Transfer Sheets for Chocolates
If the group size is smaller, we may change some of the truffles for heart shaped chocolates. We will then use transfer sheets for a printed design finish.
Skills Required for Chocolate Making
These workshops are set in a relaxed atmosphere and are suitable for all age groups and levels of experience. Ideal for parties.
